This report lays out the experiences of WROs/WLOs, and other organisations representing the most marginalised, in accessing humanitarian funding and decision-making to meet their context-specific needs in humanitarian crises. It identifies actionable short- and medium-term pathways to progress effective funding for key civil society actors composed of and led by marginalised communities. Women’s funds, private foundations, international organisations, the UN, governments, INGOs and other funders or donors can enact these pathways.
